David Castañeda started DWC Plumbing in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He is known for being honest, dedicated, and trustworthy, and has built his business on integrity and quality workmanship. He continues to lead the company with pride and hands-on experience. Known for solving complex problems while navigating pressing deadlines, David’s leadership shines through the ranks as the team members take equal pride in their work quality. In his free time, David loves a good backyard party, traveling to Mexico, and spending time with his 3 beautiful children and 2 grandsons.

Laura Castañeda | COO

Laura, the eldest daughter of founder David, brings a lifelong connection to DWC Plumbing and the values it was built on—hard work, trust, and service. She holds a degree in Construction Management and spent over a decade in multifamily property management across Washington and California, building strong operational and leadership experience. At DWC Plumbing, Laura plays a key role in day-to-day operations, organization, and client experience, helping the company run efficiently while upholding the family legacy. Customer service and long-term relationships are at the center of everything she does. Outside of work, Laura also enjoys visiting her hometown in Mexico, staying connected to her roots, and raising her two young sons in the greater Los Angeles area.
